1. Emails will be replied within 1-3 days.
2. Items not collected within 1 month will be confiscated.
3. Items will arrive in 1 to 2 months, depending on the seller's speed. Please do not send in your orders if you cannot wait.
4. Items sold are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
5. Items will be mailed out within 1 week after arrival.
6. Please try not to rush us for your items.
7. We are not responsible for any defects in your items.
8. We are not reponsible if the supplier sends us the wrong items.
9. No refunds will be made if the supplier runs away. (choi choi, touch wood!)
10. A full refund will be made if items are OOS.
11. Please note that colours may differ slightly from the pictures.
12. Sprees may be cancelled due to poor response. In this case, you will be notified through email and a full refund will be made.
13. Payment is to made only after receiving the email of confirmation.
14. Payment is to be made via bank transfers within 48hours after receiving your order is confirmed.
15. Please provide a clear snapshot of the transcation receipt.
16. No Payment = No Order.

1. FOC meetups at Kallang and Payalebar only.
2. Normal postage at $0.50. Topup may be required depending on the weight of your items.
